How To Use
Soak in spring water to swell and extract the excess sand from the sea moss for about 45min to 1 hour. Pour off dirty water and add clean spring water for another 30min.
Place in blender with Spring or Alkaline water and blend until smooth. Select a glass jar to pour your ready product in and store in the refrigerator until your are ready to use.
If 30 days has passed and your product is not finished, make sure to smell before continuing to use and if it smells fishy...please discard.
