Shepherds purse
Shepherds purse (Capsella bursa-pastoris) Has been traditionally recognized for its astringent and hemostatic qualities, which can help in stopping bleeding. This herb has been known to support those experiencing heavy or extended menstrual cycles. How to use:
*If this is your first time trying Shepherds purse, we suggest you begin with 1 tsp to make a tea. Steep in hot water for 10-15 min
*For stronger simmer the herb on a stove top
*Can be ground into to powder and mix with water to create a paste to apply to wounds as a poultice or compress
*Can make a tincture
